R09(b) - CPSA Reconciliation Committee Event - Teaching Indigenous Materials in Political Sciences Classes: A CPSA Reconciliation Committee Conversation with the Audience

Date: Jun 4 | Heure: 08:30am to 10:00am | Salle: SJA-615

Chair/Président/Présidente : Daniel Sherwin (University of Toronto)

Co-Chair/Président/Présidente : Christine Sy (University of Victoria)

The CPSA Reconciliation Committee invites all teachers and future teachers to join us for a conversation about incorporating Indigenous materials into political science courses, with a particular emphasis on teaching courses that are not exclusively focused on Indigenous politics. Those who have experience with this work are invited to share their knowledge. Those who hope to include Indigenous materials in their classes in the future are welcome to observe and ask questions.
